The idea

A proper recovery day, not a tour. Arrive, slow down, and move through heat, cold, light and pressure at your own pace. Nothing rushed. Nothing to prove.

Your day, in three acts

Heat, light, and pressure.

An empty Finnish dry-heat sauna in low warm light.

Act I

Heat & Cold

Entry to Sauna Bath House. Two Finnish dry-heat rooms: a dry performance sauna held at 95°C, and the Aufguss sauna at 85°C — humidity-capable, home to our towel-ritual Aufguss sessions.

Then the swing the other way: cold plunge pools and rain showers, a hot magnesium pool at 41–42°C, and a quiet lounge with cafe when you want to sit still.

  • Dry sauna · 95°C
  • Aufguss · 85°C
  • Cold plunge
  • Magnesium pool · 41–42°C
  • Lounge & cafe
Full-body red light therapy panels glowing in a dark room.

Act II

Red Light

Full-body red light therapy on Joovv Elite professional panels, at House Longevity. Used to support muscle recovery, skin health and circulation — sit, breathe, and let the light do its quiet work.

  • Joovv Elite panels
  • Full-body

The same panels Dr. Andrew Huberman has described using daily. Joovv is the official light therapy partner of the San Francisco 49ers, with a dedicated Joovv recovery room inside Levi's Stadium.

A soft hyperbaric oxygen chamber in low light.

Act III

Pressure

Hyperbaric oxygen at 1.5 ATA with supplemental O2 — a quiet hour of deep rest while you breathe enriched oxygen under gentle pressure. Most people close their eyes. Some drift off entirely.

  • 1.5 ATA
  • Supplemental O2
  • ~60 minutes

A scheduled session — the chamber slot is booked ahead, so the room is yours when you arrive.

Before you come

A few quiet questions.

What should I bring?
Just yourself. Towels and amenities are provided; the vanity has what you'll need to get ready afterwards. Bring swimwear for the pools if you prefer.
How long is the day?
Typically three to five hours, unhurried. There's no schedule to keep beyond your hyperbaric slot — stay for as much of the day as you'd like.
Do I need to book the chamber slot?
Yes. The hyperbaric session is scheduled, so we hold a chamber for you. If your day shifts, reschedule ahead of time and we'll move it.
It's my first time in a sauna — is that fine?
Perfectly. Start with a short round in the dry sauna, cool down, and build up from there. Our team will point you through the sequence if you'd like a hand.
Where are you?
