A moment that meant a great deal to us. Aufguss World Championship medallists Riccardo and Enrico, founders of aufguss.it, opened Aufguss in the house, sharing the true spirit of the ritual with our very first guests.

Elisa in Residence
We've been lucky to have Aufgussmeister Elisa (currently competing, ranked 3rd in Italy in 2025 and 4th in 2026) as our resident master for three months, bringing competition-floor craft to the benches week after week. She's with us through early July.
