Dry Sauna
Bone-dry Finnish heat, pinned to the degree.
Two purpose-built Finnish saunas, a cold plunge, ice showers and a warm magnesium pool, on our bathhouse floor at Sauna Bath House. One minute from Raffles Place MRT.
Our saunas live at Sauna Bath House, our dedicated bathhouse floor: a dry sauna pinned to the degree, a competition-grade Aufguss sauna, and the full cold-and-warm circuit around them. Here is what is inside.
A large Aufguss sauna built to specification, with daily guided rounds of aromatic steam and towel work that lift the felt heat far above the reading. Led by trained Aufgussmeisters.
Bone-dry Finnish heat, held at exactly 95°C corner to corner and kept strictly dry, with no water on the stones, ever. Built to maximise comfort at the temperatures heat-shock research is built on, for real, repeatable time at the heat.
A large, machine-chilled cold plunge that holds 6–8°C all day: no melting ice, no waiting, with two on-demand ice showers beside it. Heat, then cold, as many rounds as the ritual wants.

Steam, aroma and the towel.
A warm mineral soak.
The other half of the ritual.
Plus two on-demand ice showers, also 6–8°C. Towels, swimwear and shower facilities provided.
