Regular prices
Two services, two clean ladders. The rule is the same for both: bigger pack → lower price per session, plus 20% off at the House Rate. The introduction is one-per-person and already the best entry rate; every regular pack carries a House Rate.
20-minute full-body sessions under red light, gentle, low-effort, meant to be done often. Because people do these frequently, the ladder runs up to 50 sessions and the per-session price keeps falling.
60-minute sessions in the chamber at 1.5 ATA breathing supplemental oxygen: the deep, premium recovery service. Bigger pack, lower price per session.
Already holding a pack? You get the House Rate for as long as it's active, with no separate membership to buy. That means your next pack is at the House Rate, a step below the standard rates above. Ask our team in store to learn more and set it up.
Good to know: House Longevity
- The House Rate is 20% off packs. It applies while you hold an SBH membership or any active pack or trial (plus a 1-week grace window after a trial ends). There's no separate House Longevity membership; the House Rate is set up in store.
- Introductions are one per person. The $99 Red Light 5-Pack and $88 HBOT First Timer are introductory rates, already the deal, so no further discount on top.
- Where you buy: House Longevity services are sold and redeemed at the House Longevity desk (not at the sauna counter), same building — except the Recovery Week Pass, which is sold online and at either venue.
- Sharing: packs of 20 sessions or more can share credits with up to 5 people through Member Login. Smaller packs are personal.
- All sales are final: purchases are non-refundable, and credits expire strictly on their stated expiry date.

Not ready for a membership? Pay as you go. One simple walk-in price, or buy a pack: bigger pack, lower price per session, plus 20% off at the House Rate.
Two saunas, cold plunge, hot pool and ice shower (swimsuit and towel provided). Drop in for a 2-hour visit ($55), or take the full day with unlimited in-and-out ($68, sauna only). Walk-ins and Day Passes are redeemable within 30 days of purchase. No off-peak walk-in; off-peak access lives in the memberships above.

Good to know: Sauna Bath House
- The House Rate is automatic the moment you hold any active trial, pack, or monthly membership. No card, no signup. When your last one runs out, the House Rate drops.
- How it works: hold an SBH membership (House Lite / House / House Plus) or any active pack or trial. No card. The House Rate is 20% off packs; ask our team in store to set it up. Memberships themselves aren't discounted (they're already the best per-visit deal).
- A session = one 2-hour entry, same as a walk-in. Leave and come back the same day = a new session.
- Off-peak = weekdays, Mon–Fri, from 7am (exit by 5pm); weekends and public holidays are not included. Peak = after 5pm on weekdays, all weekend, and public holidays (SBH is open on PH, treated as peak; HL is closed on PH and open Sun 10am–6pm). Off-peak access is now part of House Lite & House; there's no separate off-peak walk-in.
- Packs start when you buy. Credits expire at the end of the pack's validity; no freezing, no rollover. Packs of 20 sessions or more can share credits with up to 5 people through Member Login. Smaller packs are personal.
